| Characteristics and usage: |
incorporated with various agents of scouring agent, stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide, and activator, features excellent emulsification and washability. Combination of hydrogen peroxide without other auxiliaries can be used for high temperature scouring of cellulose fibers, chemical fibers and blended yarns, knits and wovens, bleaching temperature 115-130℃, bleaching at pH value 10.5-11 and 100℃ has better results. pH value adjustment depends on the practical conditions. |
| Application methods: |
mixing the agent with water, followed adding hydrogen peroxide to the set concentration. Application by high-temperature-high-pressure immersion process or atmospheric pressure immersion process, if the latter process, pH value must be 10.5-11(adjusted with caustic soda). |
| Dosage for high-temperature-high-pressure immersion process |
| H2O2(100%):5-8% ，BZ-220B: 2-3%(owf) ，Ratio: 1:10-12 |
| Atmospheric immersion process should scour at 100℃ for 50 minutes with pH value 10.5-11, the others are similar to the high-temperature-high-pressure process. Practical dosage can be defined depends on the type of matrix, quality requirements and processing method. |
| Package and storage: |
25kg plastic drum or customer requirement, not stored in frozen or exposure place, validity for 6 months. when the temperature below 5℃ , it will form gel, but shift to the high temperature, it will return to the primary status, stirring before application will not influence the applied results. |
