Ingredients: Cellulase and Stabilizer

Physicochemical properties: appearance: Clear Amber liquid
                                               pH value:4.5-5.0
                                               Solubility: Soluble in water

Characteristics and usage: High efficiency biological product, design for biofinishing of cellulose fabric and garment, such as fuzzy removal, polishing and softening, as well as washing process of denim to produce antique effect.

Application methods: Application temperature 45-55℃, pH value 4.5-5.5 adjusted with HAc, plant trials of garments should be carried out first to define the optimum operation conditions.

Normal dosage 2-3% (owf), ratio 1:8-12, treating for 40-50 minutes

Practical dosage is dependent on the following factors:

• matrix type
• matrix structure and composite
• treating time
• processing parameters and used auxiliaries
• type of washing machine
•  

Enzyme deactivation: If the desired result is obtained, all cellulase should be deactivated, otherwise the strength will loss too much. Two methods are adopted for deactivation:

• treatment with chlorine bleaching agent
• adding enough alkali to adjust pH value above 9, and raising the temperature to 60℃ and treating 15 minutes.
