Ingredients: Special Modified Dimethylol Dihydroxy Ethylene Urea

Physicochemical properties:

• appearance: Light Yellow or colorless transparent liquid
• PH value:5.-6.5
• Free formaldehyde: ≤1%
• Solubility:Soluble in water

Characteristics and usage: DP finish for cotton, linen, viscose, Tencel and its blended fabrics with chemical fibers. The fabric after treatment features good elasticity, strength, evenness, and durability to washing, as well as low formaldehyde released.

Application methods:Dilute the resin and catalyst with water before application respectively, adding softener at last, stirring thoroughly, adjust working liquor to pH value 5-5.5 with HAc, for garment finish by immersion method, for fabric finish by padding method.

Padding method:

• TCL-11 resin50-100 g/L
• CZ-2 catalyst20-25% ratio to resin
• Softenermoderate dosage

Twice dipping twice padding (pick up 70%)----85℃ stenter drying ----curing at 155℃for 3minutes

Immersion method:

• TCL-11 resin50-100 g/L,
• CZ-2 catalyst20-25% ratio to resin
• Softener:moderate dosage

Immersion (15-20 minutes)---water extraction (pick-up 70-80%)----drying (moisture regain 7-10%)----ironing---155℃ curing for 4-7 minutes

Practical dosage depends on trials, the treated fabric should have clean surface and acidic pH value.

Package and storage:25kg plastic drum, stored at room temperature, validity for 6 months
